Deep groove ball bearings

The most common basic bearing type, with simple structure and high cost-effectiveness. They can simultaneously withstand radial loads and bidirectional light axial loads, have a high upper speed limit, and low frictional resistance.
Widely used in light to medium load applications such as motors, pumps, fans, household appliances, and general machinery, they are the most widely used bearing type in industrial applications.

Description

Common deep groove ball bearing model classifications (national standard series starting with 6, the most common):

1. Basic open type (without dust cover) 6000 series (ultra-thin series, small inner diameter, thin outer diameter)
6000, 6001, 6002, 6003, 6004, 6005… all the way up to 6030

2. 6200 Series (Most common, standard size, preferred for motors and small appliances)

6200, 6201, 6202, 6203, 6204, 6205, 6206, 6207, 6208, 6209, 6210 The 62 series is most commonly used in everyday motors, fans, water pumps, and electric vehicles.

3. 6300 Series (Thickened and widened, with greater load capacity)

6300, 6301, 6302, 6303, 6304, 6305, 6306, 6307, 6308, 6309, 6310 Commonly used in heavy-duty small equipment, speed reducers, and gear motors.
